Jack has been part of the Bell Partners family for three years, where he continues to make a meaningful impact every day.

Our Community Manager, Elizabeth Pearson, began her property management career in Louisiana after the Community Manager at her own apartment encouraged her to pursue the field, believing she’d be a natural fit. She eventually made her way to Washington a few years ago.

Elizabeth loves her job because providing quality homes truly matters to her. She believes that where people live shapes their daily routines, their comfort, and their overall well‑being. Supporting residents, solving problems, and helping create a place they’re proud to call home is what motivates her every day.
