The past couple months have been really good to me! I've had the pleasure of helping 4 families buy/sell a home and even more that are taking the next steps to get ready. After touring a few homes, we put an offer in and after it got accepted we just didn't like what we saw in the inspection. So they found this one that had a $50,000 price reduction! The market has a lot going on and most of it is good! The market is getting better for buyers and it's now more balanced so both buyers and sellers are still getting good deals. Sellers are getting what their home is worth and buyers are getting help with closing costs and rate buy downs.
