"Jermaine was an absolute blessing in our lives; there are no words to express how grateful I feel to have had him as part of our real estate team. He was initially one of the instructors at a homeowners education class my husband and I took, and I contacted him afterwards after I became frustrated with trying to figure out the COMPLETELY ENIGMATIC house hunting process on my own. Right off the bat, on our first call, he was extremely friendly and easy to approach, and he gave us so much useful information and answered all of our questions. We felt confident right away that he would be a great fit for us. As of writing this, the housing market in our area is probably one of the most difficult to navigate in the country, with offers regularly selling 20% above already high listing price. However, Jermaine helped us stay positive and informed throughout the process. We were definitely on a deadline (due to our apartment lease ending), so we spent several consecutive weekends browsing properties. Still, Jermaine took every one of our wants and needs into consideration, and he often offered critical insight along the way to help us make the best decision possible; he wasn't here to make a quick sale, but to help us find our dream home and make sure we loved the place we'd be buying--and we did!
There are so many qualities that make Jermaine a terrific real estate agent: he uses the latest, cutting-edge technology to stay up to date on the latest listings and to assess the current trends in the market; this was SUCH a boon. Moreover, he is well-informed on not only real estate, but also financing, so he was able to give us a "big picture" of the market as well as get into the granular details of a property and/or offer strategy.
