A great article with real, practical suggestions. I can't think of a buyer that I've worked with that wouldn't appreciate any of these upgrades.

Some of these ideas are quick and simple, where a few others involve a bit more time and effort. Not sure I agree with the barn door idea though, my thought is that those are going out of style (if not already out of style).

Give your home a high-end feel with one or two of these quick, low-cost decorating ideas. They can help your home appear newer, larger, and more high end.

Definitely agree with several of these, would not recommend doing these in any home. If it's already there, that's one thing, but to add it is another.
