An exciting new chapter for our wonderful clients, as they move into this beautiful new construction home in Kirkland! We searched high & low for quite some time and didn’t find anything that was perfect, so naturally we pivoted to exploring new construction. We were able to snag the best lot in the community and had the opportunity to pick out custom selections as well! ✨

Negotiations were in full swing last year and it’s always a bit daunting being the very first to go pending in a new construction community. Fast forward to now -- Our appraisal came in for OVER contract price & the builder called us before we closed escrow to let us know our home was the envy of the neighborhood and that we negotiated the best deal/credit out of the other homes in the community! 💪
