Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $650K in North Rose Hill, Kirkland, WA.
This is our 4th property that we have sold. During the selling process we got to see how much extra effort Fay and her team had to put in to make the deal happen. There was a lot being done behind the scenes that Fay’s team did. When she says she has a team, she means by golly ‘she has put together an excellent team!’ (Assistant, photographer, contractors, roofer, plumber). She is clearly leading and steering the ship. Clearly, watching Fay and her team, we felt like they had our back and were working for us. We believe that with any other Realtor this sale would have had a poorer showing and result.

What was outstanding for us was the steadiness she held while dealing with us the sellers allowing no drama to crop up. Her years of experience were very telling.
