Are you ready to navigate this evolving market?

CASH used to be KING.

When your strategy is structured intelligently, it still is.

I've beat cash with financing a number of times, with an attractively structured offer. I've beat higher financed offers with cash, but only if you've offset the seller's risk and appropriately valued it (ex: "removing all of my risk of a failed transaction is worth $###XX").

Alternatively, if you can take all risk off the table for a seller, as in "sign and this is a done deal", steep discounts can be had with cash.

Ask yourself, "would I wait two additional weeks for an extra $###? If the answer is yes, cash rarely wins.
