Buying or selling a home can come with a lot of emotions. In this case, my client was selling her mother’s home—and all the wonderful memories that came with it. At the same time, the buyers were purchasing their very first home and getting the chance to make memories of their own.

A little prep went a long way! Fresh paint, new flooring and lighting, plus professional staging helped the buyers see the home’s potential and fall in love with it.
