🌿 The Eastside market continued to show signs of balance this April.

The median sold price rose to $1,612,000, up 4% from March, though still 5% below the same time last year. Inventory expanded to 2.9 months, giving buyers more flexibility, while only 27% of homes sold above asking price. Even with a more balanced market, homes are still moving quickly, with 82% selling within 30 days.
