The Old Woodinville Schoolhouse No. 23, a fixture of Downtown Woodinville and The Schoolhouse District, has been nominated for Historic Renovation of the Year.

We were a little further along than just breaking ground, but we were still so excited to celebrate our 5th Downtown Redmond project in an amazing location next to Marymoor Park, full of unique design decisions that we can't wait to see come together.

Thank you as well to everyone that participated in our AF1 shoe signing. Our organization celebrates our team members that display leadership, uniqueness, and standing out with a pair of AF1s. With these honorary AF1s, we recognize everyone's support to kick off The Spark, and we look forward to displaying this AF1 when the project is complete.
