A nice way to end the year with a big congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their home in Covington.

With the higher rates and market slowdown, we were able to sell this home fairly quickly with favorable terms for the sellers and a seamless closing process.

This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of helping them with their purchase and sale of homes since we first met. I remember helping them get this beautiful place, beating out multiple offers, and enjoyed the frequent updates on how much they were enjoying living there.

Yet like before, they were ready to move on to another home and saying goodbye to this place was not easy for everyone. Myself included because I remember how competitive it was for me to help them purchase this place!

With that being said, the new buyers could feel the love and appreciation for this home as well, which I know they are going to love and appreciate.

Buyers can tell when they walk into a well-kept home. It gives them a lot more confidence in moving forward with putting an offer. It's no different than seeing a car that someone is meticulous about keeping clean. You feel the pride in ownership.

What a great gift for to the holiday season and congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their new construction home!

Sometimes it may take a few months to find a home, and sometimes it may only take a few weeks. We found this new construction community over in Black Diamond which is part of a planned urban development with unobstructed views of Mt. Rainier! It was early in our home search, but with the views and private backyard setting, they knew they liked this home.

We were able to get favorable terms for the buyers and purchased well below list price!

I hope they enjoy that new home smell and looking forward to seeing the place once they have gotten situated.

Very similar to the last sale, this home went on the market around the time the market completely shifted and homes were sitting stagnant for some time.

Again we re-strategized and within days we received multiple offers and was able to get this sold with no contingencies.

The home is located in a beautiful lake community in Redmond with private beach access. Also, only 25 minutes from downtown Bellevue and 15 minutes from downtown Redmond.

This is a home I had a hard time saying goodbye to, just because of all the time I spent with this place. A lot of the contractors that were working to get the place ready would look at me and say, "you're basically a GC at this point".

This home is amazing, and I am not just saying it to appease the sellers. It was completely updated and many of the other brokers in the area that toured it even expressed the same sentiment.

We came on around the time the market shifted and lots of homes were sitting on the market for weeks.

After some time on the market, I had to re-strategize and take a different approach. Within a few days after we received multiple offers and a quick closing and still one of the higher priced homes per square foot in the area for the past year.
