Visit The Village at Totem Lake for your Trader Joe's fix, buy an outfit at Nordstrom Rack or one of my favs - , have a great cup of coffee at 203° Fahrenheit Coffee Co. or grab a yummy bowl at (love their delicious options!) and you can't leave without having ice cream at .

I moved to Bothell 15 years ago so I can be close to my brother's family and the cousins can grow up together. And to this day, its the best decision we ever made as a family. ❤

I-405 at 5pm is not the fast way, no matter what your GPS says.

There is so much more to Bothell than some of the best schools in the country.

The Lodge at St. Edwards Park (in Kenmore... our neighbor) is free, and most people never think to go to see gorgeous architecture, artwork, and the lush green trees in the park where you can hike down to Lake Washington.

Oktoberfest shows up around September, and locals go participate in 5k/10K, weiner dog races and of course BEER!

The town is… Kenmore, WA. And yes, it really is that great.

I could probably write a novel about how great living in Kenmore is, but instead I’ll give you four reasons:

Morning walks along the Sammamish River Trail
Endless playgrounds for my kids to enjoy — our favorites are Log Boom Park in St. Edward and Wallace Swamp Creek Park in Northshore.
Date night at Rooftop Brewing or The Lobby Bar
We’re only a 20-minute drive from Seattle and Bellevue.

And if you asked me on a deeper level, I’d tell you that the reason I love living near Kenmore and think you might too is that it’s a tight-knit community full of incredible people all working together to make this place great. From our small business community by the waterfront to the top-rated Northshore schools, we’re all invested in making this town special.
