Duvall might be the most underrated pocket of the Eastside for this exact reason.

Here's the thing about Duvall. You can have land, privacy, and quiet without giving up the conveniences you actually use.

In Duvall, that looks like:
✓ No neighbors in sight, but still 20 minutes from Costco in Redmond.
✓ Total quiet in the morning, but still a manageable commute into Bellevue, Kirkland, or Seattle.
✓ Room to breathe, but still close to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and local favorites like Grateful Bread Bakery & Café.
It's the part of the Eastside people don't think to look at until they realize it gives them both.

One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is focusing too much on the house and not enough on the location.

The truth is, you can renovate a kitchen.
You can add flooring.
You can update bathrooms.
You can never move the lot.

These are four neighborhoods I encourage buyers to understand before they start their home search:

Skip the socks. Give him the Redmond, WA morning he actually wants.
Have you been to Willows Run Golf Complex in Redmond? If not, this is your Father's Day sign.

It's one of the best golf courses in the area and there are so many reasons locals love it.

If you go, get the early tee time.
Grab a seat on the patio afterward if you can. It's worth it.

It's right near Marymoor Park, so make a whole afternoon of it and pop by Black Raven Brewing in Woodinville while you're there.
