Chris Dalto and I were comfortable…

It was Dec. 2023. The had just come off a record breaking year. We had an amazing office and supplies/staff at our fingertips. All things considered, it was a very comfortable situation.

But there is no growth in comfort.
I had an underlying thought that there had to be more to it. Over the years... I had seen other brokerages attempt to change the old model, but nothing that resonated with me.

Until I stumbled upon .
Even though I loved what I was seeing at REAL, there were legitimate concerns. REAL was small (~12,000 agents nationwide). No physical offices (I got my own). No name recognition.

This was going to be... uncomfortable.
Fast forward to yesterday, watching the ringing at the closing bell at .

I was told that REAL "wasn't going to make it." It was "risky." "That model will never work."

And now, REAL is the fastest growing publicly traded brokerage in the WORLD! We just crossed the 20,000 agent mark.
