One of my favorite features in any home is a dream kitchen that actually feels like the center of the house.

This Kirkland home has a completely updated chef’s kitchen with high end quartz countertops, new appliances, a wet bar, and a layout that opens directly into the main living space.

What I like most is how clean everything feels without making the kitchen feel too formal. You have plenty of prep space, storage, and room to entertain, but it still feels like a kitchen you would actually use every single day.

Between the oversized island, modern finishes, natural light, and the way the kitchen connects into the rest of the home, this is one of those spaces that would immediately sell me on the house.

One of my many favorite features in homes are these 14 foot NanaWalls that completely open the living space into the covered deck.

Instead of having the interior and exterior feel like two separate areas, the glass panels stack onto each other and basically turn both spaces into one large entertaining area.

You get the natural light and openness of the outdoors while still keeping the comfort and functionality of the interior right next to it.

The covered deck is around 500 sqft too, so once everything is opened up, it completely changes how the house feels when you have people over.

It is one of those features that looks cool, but actually makes the home function better too.

JUST SOLD | $2,700,000 | Kirkland | Sad to not work inside this custom new construction anymore. Although i’m proud to announce another new construction project officially sold in North Rose Hill.

A few months ago, we sold the DADU next door. Now, with the main residence officially closed, this entire project for Artemis Homes has officially reached the finish line.

This one was especially rewarding because I got to represent the builder through the full process. From positioning the home, launching the marketing, working through buyer feedback, adjusting strategy when needed, and staying consistent until we found the right buyer throughout the marketing swings upwards and/or downwards

What started exactly one year ago ended with the keys to a home in Bridle Trails, one of Bellevue’s best neighborhoods.

This one wasn’t easy, but that’s what made it worth it.

My clients told me exactly what they wanted, we built a plan, stayed patient, moved quickly when the right opportunity came up, and today they own the home they originally envisioned.

A lot happens behind the scenes that most people never see. Constant communication, teamwork, strategy, and making decisions fast when it matters most.
