When full staging isn’t practical, the focus shifts to making the best use of what’s already there: editing, repositioning, simplifying, refining the spaces and identifying the changes that can help a space feel more intentional and inviting.

During the First Look period sellers can choose whether to allow showings, consider offers, and publicly market the property
But the real value may be in what happens before a traditional Active launch: building early interest, gathering feedback, and gauging buyer response while preparation is still underway.
For the right property, that added flexibility could be very useful.
Like any strategy, though, First Look won’t be the right fit for every seller or every listing.
