One of the things I appreciate most about these clients is the thoughtful due diligence they completed before submitting their offer. They didn’t rely solely on a showing. They scheduled a pre-inspection, visited the neighborhood at different times of day, and researched potential future development that could affect the property’s lake views.

Pre-inspection day for my buyer clients🔎
A pre-inspection is often associated with competitive situations where buyers want the option to waive an inspection contingency with greater confidence.

But that’s not the only reason.

Sometimes a pre-inspection simply helps buyers better understand the home, identify potential concerns early, and make more informed decisions before submitting an offer.
