I keep getting asked is the Market here going to blowup or blowout?
Blowup meaning values going to the moon. Blowout is as you probably know lose value.
Here is what I know Given the exceptionally low inventory and historically low Interest rates add in an incredibly robust employment rate of high paying jobs
Lots of adjectives in the plus column.
This is a pretty good indication the prices will rise for the near future.
Long term the inventory will likely stay scarce so at a minimum prices will be be stable if they don’t continue to rise.

It appears the local market is heating up again! Inventory is still limited in both Commercial and Residential.
In the industry we can usually tell buy mid February what is going to happen through the first half of the year if inventory
Is low and the job market is hot then add in low interest it’s not hard to figure the market is Going to cook.
We have had some changes in Multi-Family rules as far as Seattle and it seems to be a good time to get out but it also may be a good time to buy.
There are proven strategies that will work at making or improving good return on a Seattle Multi-Fam property so for the first time in years there is great opportunity to pick up a good deal in Seattle.
Another good investment and often overlooked is a good professional building
In a lot of cases the have a great cap and low maintenance.
For 30 plus years I have been selling properties here in Washington State not just Locally, I’m also a licensed Broker in Arizona I do any type of Real Estate from Beach houses to to mansions, Mobile home parks to office parks.

There isn’t to much I won’t work with and I love a challenge.
