Washington Senate Bill SB 6091 would limit the judgment, discretion, and fiduciary responsibility you bring to your clients every day. The idea that lawmakers would attempt to hard-code into statute how you serve your clients is deeply concerning, especially when the focus should be on expanding homeowner choice, not restricting it. And this push is happening even as our lawsuits on this very issue are already moving forward in Washington and New York.
