We've all been feeling it, and it's exciting news for the Pacific Northwest Real Estate market!

We've seen an over 50% increase in pending properties since December 2022s market lull and couldn't be more thrilled for this recovery. With interest rates stabilizing, and even coming slightly down, the housing market is heating up, and now is a great time to consider buying or selling.

If you're thinking of buying, waiting on the sidelines for a "crash" is something those of us with experience know doesn't play out well. Markets are always moving, but trying to time it perfectly is anyones guess. If you are ready for home ownership, now is the time to get after it.

? The is a popular place to live for a very good reason. Besides our booming tech industry and countless job opportunities, it also looks like this. We have mountains for winter and summer recreation, lakes, rivers, an abundance of green, and the ocean. If you go east you can find canyons and desert. What other state can you climb a mountain in the morning and be sitting on beach in the evening?
