Currently I am not practicing Real Estate but that may change in the future. If you are a former client or have been recommended to me by another I still know a lot of great realtors and lenders I can refer you to.

I don't seek any kickbacks (referral fees) from brokers I know and I have zero skin in the real estate game right now, but I am happy to help those I have helped in the past. If you are so inclined I would love to hear from you if you are reading this post.

Exciting News! I am changing offices but still staying home with Windermere. I have been at the Yarrow Bay office for quite some time but I moved to NE Seattle more than a Decade ago and now I am moving my license to the Wedgwood office, just about a mile from my house. I will miss my family at Yarrow Bay, Lew Mason and they Deasy Family are generous and caring; above and beyond any person working with them would expect, and we will miss each other.

I look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to all my friends. I am moving my license to the other side of the pond, but I still cut my teeth in real estate on the East Side and a drive across the pond is nothing when helping a friend.
