For 18 years, Weidner has been a proud housing developer in the Wenatchee Valley. Now we’re doubling down on that commitment with two projects that will shape downtown Wenatchee's future, both expected to be completed in summer 2027! 🎉

🏢 The Majestic Apartments: A seven-story, 212-unit residential community designed with Milbrandt Architects, featuring Art Deco design inspired by downtown Wenatchee’s architecture and adding 100 public parking stalls.

🔑 The Wenatchee Jailhouse: Built in 1910 and vacant for decades, we're restoring this landmark with Graham Baba Architects into a Spanish-style deli and a speakeasy, operated by local restaurant group Dime Food Group.

Our commitment to Wenatchee goes beyond development. It includes a $7.5M donation to the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center and preserving the YMCA’s Lake Wenatchee Camp for local youth. This work reflects the vision of our late founder and chairman, Dean Weidner, who saw what makes Wenatchee special and invested in sustaining it for generations to come.

For the second year in a row, our Saskatoon associates spent Day supporting EGADZ and the important work they do for young people and families in the community.

From repairing fences and gates to installing a new sidewalk and staining decks, our teams used their property-management skills to improve EGADZ facilities. Another group spent the day baking cookies for the kids who visit the EGADZ Centre, providing a warm treat to brighten their day.

We’re proud of our Saskatoon team for coming together to give their time, talents, and energy to a cause that makes such a meaningful impact in the community. 💚💙

For their 2026 day, our Minnesota associates partnered with Art, Heart & Hoofbeats Sanctuary, dedicating their time and talents to projects that will benefit the sanctuary's animals, visitors, volunteers, and program participants.

The team spent several days on property enhancement projects, including building a new lean-to structure that provides shade and protection for the animals, which the sanctuary affectionately named the Weidner Cares Shelter.

We're grateful to Art, Heart & Hoofbeats for welcoming our team and our Minnesota associates and for bringing their teamwork and spirit to this meaningful project! 💚💙
