The greatest compliment I can receive is when you refer your friends or family to me. A past client (who I thought might not like me because she never gave me a review), ended up sending me a referral! According to my new client, not only did she like me, but she had been telling all her friend group about me. My new client is a first time home buyer and is so ecstatic about his new condo, he now wants to send me one of his friends These are the situations I love and make me happy. I love when I help first time homebuyers! I especially love when they are new to our beautiful city of Seattle. While Seattle can be a work in progress sometimes, my client could see the potential. He is a transplant from Cali and just started work with Amazon. He needed a building that was walkable and convenient for him. He chose the gorgeous Spire building. Congratulations, to our sellers! In this competitive market, we were able to get $35k over the listing price for their condo! This home was such a breeze to list. I’ve had many listings, many of them in the “luxury market,” even though this one isn’t considered “luxury,” it’s really special to me.
This is one of the first properties I ever sold. At the time, we thought it was a crazy market, but now we truly know what crazy is. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am so thankful that we had multiple offer and got $30,000 over the list price. He was so ecstatic when I told him. JUST SOLD! I am over the moon happy for my clients, T & J! Our search started last May when one of my other clients told them to call me to help with their first home search. They started their journey, not quite knowing what they wanted or where they wanted to live. We’d made a few offers that we didn’t win and they made the decision to renew their lease for a few more months. In January, they reached out again and said they were truly ready to buy a home and within 2-3 weeks, we made about 4 or 5 offers (some within a day of each other). When they saw the view on this one, they knew it was the one. I happened to also be familiar with the area because I had sold another client their home, just down the block! This market waits for no one. My clients were unable to fly up from SFO in time to see this beauty before we made an offer on it! They had to trust me to give them lots of videos and FaceTime, as well as laying out the pros and cons of this gorgeous townhouse. There were a total of 6 offers and we were the winners! YEAR IN REVIEW! What an amazing 2021 I had. I might have had many highs, but I also had my lows. Trying to juggle a family, work and just life in general has been crazy during this pandemic.
