Have you ever heard of a VA Assumable loan?

A VA loan assumptions loan transfers the existing loan's balance, the interest rate, and the monthly mortgage payments.

To further expand, the buyers took on the seller's loan balance and came up with the remaining amount in cash. The loan holder must approve the transfer, and the buyer must meet lender creditworthiness requirements. The process does take longer expected timeline can be from 3-6 months.

Washington state Senate has passed a bill that would allow duplexes and fourplexes in most neighborhoods, breaking free from the traditional single-family homes zoning rules. The aim of the bipartisan-supported bill is to address the state's housing crisis by increasing housing supply and density. The state Department of Commerce estimates that Washington needs to build an additional 1 million homes over the next two-plus decades to keep pace with population growth. If the bill becomes law, it would make way for more "middle housing" options, such as duplexes and townhomes. This move comes after Oregon and California have made similar zoning changes to increase housing options.

The legislation, aimed at increasing housing supply and density, would see the state override zoning decisions that have traditionally been made by cities.
