We all are aware that our current market is very challenging for most buyers. Buyers may have to tour and tour, lose an offer, and then repeat this cycle all while trying to stay positive until that great day when they finally have their offer accepted.

This buyer took a rather long and arduous road to get the keys to her beautiful home. Throughout our endeavor my buyer kept a very positive outlook that she would indeed find the right home for her family. When this opportunity became available, we moved quickly and made sure it would not get away.
