"When using a realtor to buy or sell any home, there are basic requirements: knowledge, ex*****on, communication, responsiveness. These sound like an "of course" but having worked with many realtors over the years that is just not the case. Julia and Mark and Jodi go WAY above the norm- their level of detail, staying on top of all that needs to be done, keeping us informed along the way, and their sincere desire to have a smooth and successful transaction sets them apart. Not to mention they make what is often a very stressful situation a feeling of being taken care of. They are all professionals, but more than that, good people who care about their clients. I never doubted in their ability to execute any item given to them. I have and will continue to refer to them everyone who needs their help.
