Here in King county, and in the greate Seattle real estate market, there is a good time to sell and buy homes.

Spring to early summer (March–June) is prime time for sellers.
More buyers = faster sales & stronger offers.

Now right after holidays to March and Fall to winter (Sept–Jan) favors buyers.

Tendon Kohaku has got to be my favorite place for chicken katsu curry in Bellevue WA.

Expect a 2 hour wait.

This date night was one of my favorites.
Here is what we ordered:
Started off with the spicy tuna sashimi. Melt in your mouth good

Dinner: chicken katsu curry and the kohaku tendon set. I now dream about this place.

Dessert was at a late night spot R&M dessert and we had the churrro tres leche cake. So good!

If you know me you know I love good food and this is fire!
