As a landlord, I think rentals are great. 😊 All joking aside, renting is often a necessity early in your adult life but as your income and credit scores improve, purchasing a home can drastically improve your long term wealth. Buying a home can seem scary, but having the conversation 5 years from now when cost of living is higher and you haven’t been able to save up for a down payment because you’ve been paying your landlord’s mortgage… will be much scarier.
