A few highlights from a memorable trip to Santa Fe, where I had the chance to take part in a Ladies Car Rally and experience a stretch of historic Route 66 through New Mexico. Beautiful roads, incredible scenery, and plenty of time behind the wheel made for a pretty unforgettable few days.

It was also a great opportunity to connect with fellow Sotheby’s International Realty advisors, including Olga Neulist of SIR New York, who stopped by the Santa Fe office while in town. One of the best parts of this business is the relationships and connections that extend well beyond our own communities.

The latest market numbers are in, offering a closer look at how conditions are shifting across the region. 🏡

In Seattle, inventory rose slightly to 2.6 months, compared to 2.5 months last year. On the Eastside, homes for sale increased 29.44% year over year, bringing inventory to 3.5 months. Across King County, the median sales price was $980K, down 4.39% from Q2 2025.

For buyers, more inventory creates additional opportunities to explore. For sellers, strategic pricing and thoughtful presentation remain important in positioning a home for today’s market.

Whether you’re considering a move in Seattle, the Eastside, or elsewhere in King County, having a clear understanding of the numbers can make all the difference.
