I was going to post this so you all would come visit me at our first open house tomorrow but it SOLD this morning (with multiple offers). Now that's saying something when you sell a 1.3+ million dollar home on the first day. Gotta love Kirkwood and fabulous lots/homes. We have others coming in this price point.
