Congratulations to Sam! 🥳 This home buying journey was a marathon and not a sprint. But I always believe everything happens for reason and this was meant to be his 🏠 !

HUGE shoutout to and his team. We wouldn’t have been the winning contract without him and this maybe would not have closed today, due to last minute scrambling (let’s just say not due to us 😉) if not for their teams quick action which made the difference! Wow what a great Year!

Personally had a lot of adventures seeing 3 countries and spending time with family near and far all while watching (and coaching🏀) all the sports!

Professionally hit all my goals 🏡 met some amazing people and went to some great conferences and training sessions! 2024 saw some changes in Real Estate but having been in this industry since 2008 it wouldn’t be real estate if you aren’t always adjusting and learning!

2025 I am planning to implement more improvements in my business benefiting my great clients and I am excited for the year ahead!
