Norshawndra Smith was born and raised in the NW community of Lake Wales. She is a graduate of Lake Wales High School. She later studied at the University of South Florida for her pre -pharmacy education before transferring to “bleed orange and green” at the highest hills of Florida A&M University. She obtained her doctorate in pharmacy and pharmaceutical studies from the College of Pharmacy. She enjoys traveling with her fiancé Marcus , being a foodie, volunteering as a class mom at Micah’s (her son) school and spending QT with her family and friends.

Shortly after graduating pharmacy school in 2011, Norshawndra began to develop a passion for real estate. She has evolved into a serial real estate investor wheater she is is fixing and flipping,buy and holding and building new construction properties. Norshawndra currently co-owns and operates Wrightfully Living, LLC. Through her real estate investing, Wrightfully Living, LLC currently provides housing for 10 families in the NW community of Lake Wales.

She also serves as the founder and team lead of NorMi & Co.affiliated with MCO Realty, a real estate agent group that services buyers, sellers and investors. She believes in educating her team and her clients on financial freedom and real estate literacy.
