Thanks to everyone for reaching out today asking about our condos in Kissimmee with this latest hurricane coming. We are working with our property managers, who live in the community, and for the guests to are staying, have provided them with the necessary tools they need in case of an emergency.

Hoping Hurricane Milton doesn’t get any worse. I zoomed in over the hurricane path, to sadly find that the path line goes directly over the condos.

This condo, on Silver Palm, with a back patio, is actually for sale! If you're looking to purchase for yourself or your family, or get into the short term rental market, this one is a beauty! It's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Because it's currently for sale, we have it blocked off as of September 1st. It is fully booked for the summer other than the end of August, 14-31st. This condo was 100% occupied from January 1st to August 13th, it's going to be a great summer!

Because we remodeled the entire kitchen and installed new LVP flooring throughout the entire condo, it was off of the AirBNB platform for about 6 weeks - and they didn't like that! We lost our page 1 algorithm but we are hoping a few clicks on this link will push us back to page 1! We’d like to officially welcome all of our snowbirds! All three wonderful couples will be spending their winter at the condos and will be there until the beginning of April! I’ll admit, after cleaning up three snow storms in the last two weeks in PA, I’m a bit envious!

Our crew spent the last two weeks gutting and installing a brand new kitchen with new appliances! We also installed all new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout all 1400 square feet of this condo! Living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two walk in closets! Waiting on the area rugs and a coat of paint on all the trim to pull the space together ❤️

We are SO READY for the Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas travel season! Always thankful!
