This is a privately owned home and by renting this unit guests do not automatically have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club." Although with a spa treatment or service from the Spa you are gifted a full day pass.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
