The latest Osceola Realtors® RADAR report shows that inventory is continuing to rise across Osceola, Orange, and Polk counties — giving buyers more choices than they may have had in the past couple of years.

Here’s a quick look at the week of May 17–23, 2026:

Osceola County
165 properties sold
2,151 active listings
Median sold price: $359,900

Orange County
346 properties sold
3,213 active listings
Median sold price: $436,000

Polk County
252 properties sold
2,872 active listings
Median sold price: $319,500

What does this mean? Buyers have more options, but well-priced homes are still moving. Sellers need to be strategic with pricing, presentation, and marketing to stand out.
