Usually a sale is filled with joy and celebration for the sellers and then there are the circumstances that makes a sale sad and difficult. This sale was an emotional sale for the sellers and for me as their agent. This beautiful home in the 55+ community in Foxwood Lakeland belonged to Irma and Isaac, a lovely couple that I met almost 10 years ago. They were married over 60 years and had two children together.

Isaac was a super handy gentlemen that made all the 3 propertied that I had the pleasure of visiting and helping them secure into a home. He would paint, put in flooring and hang decorations that Irma enjoyed to create a safe and homey space for them to retire. Irma was always so welcoming and a great chef and host. Always with a smile and opening arms. She loved to play games on the computer. I was very lucky to see how much love they shared for one another as their smiles just lit up when they looked at each other. Many dream a lifetime for of a love like that, and they had it for 60 years.

In 2021 it was with great sorrow that Isaac passed and this January the two loved ones met again as Irma after short illness passed as well. This sale was the end of an epic love story and it was with a heavy heart when the paperwork got signed. We all shared sweet stories about Irma and Isaac and about signs that made the sale feel right. This is a reminder that every sale of a property is not just a sale, there is a history of a beautiful life lived. A home created with love, warmth and laughter. It was their history and I feel honored that I got to be included in a small part of their lives. As their daughter said this sale is an end of an era, but their memories and love will be with us forever.

Thank you Irma and Isaac for all the laughter and joy.

Thank you to the children for trusting me to guide them through probate and the sale of their parents estate. It is not easy to know where to begin or how to process a sale and grief at the same time, but they got through it together.

⚽🇳🇴 Football is the name of the game, and I am beyond excited to see Norway qualify for its first major tournament in over 28 years! 🇳🇴⚽
Our family is ready to cheer on the boys, so appointments and social plans may just have to work around game days! 😄
One of the things I love most about football is how it brings people together from all over the world. Friends across borders exchange friendly banter, sing their national and cheer on songs, and then spend 90 minutes watching 22 players battle to get one tiny ball into the back of the net.
We're here for all of it—the sweat, the tears, the laughter, the joy, and yes, even the disappointment. Emotions are going to be running high over the next month and a half, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
