4025 Creekshire Trl is officially C L O S E D 🥂
I initially was introduced to these clients 6 months ago, but didn’t actually have the opportunity to meet them and interview until maybe 3 months after the fact. In that time they had also interviewed 2 other agents, one of which was a close friend of theirs.
In full transparency, a part of me thought, I probably won’t get the opportunity to help. They have a close friend in real estate, that agent is offering a discounted compensation structure, that’s likely going to be the route they’ll want to take.
A week after I interviewed they got in touch with me and told me that they made the decision to work with me. They appreciated how I didn’t pressure them and always continued to follow up with them in the first months of when I initially met them, and that they saw so much value in what I would bring to the table. The average days on market in their community was closer to 30 days, we were able to get multiple offers and go under contract in the first weekend of listing.
So thankful to these clients for choosing me to be the one to help them and for trusting the process of my recommendations.
