2 months ago I began a very special transaction💗
I had the privilege of listing my husband's grandparents home, that they built 59 years ago. Where they had 5 kids.
That grew into 10 children once they each married. (In laws aren't a thing here, once you're in you.are.in.)
Then 14 grandkids.
7 who got married, making that 21 grandkids in total. (Remember, in laws isn't a thing here).
Some of those 21 had kids, making 6 GREAT grandkids-- that all got to experience this home.
The home where I was taken to meet the ENTIRE family.
The home where I spent my first, and many following Christmas celebrations, with that same family.
The home where, after meeting them one time, I could walk in at any given minute of the day and be greeted with a cup of hot tea or coffee. (Which I did frequently!)
The home where you walk in with the great grandkids and the previously clean kitchen table suddenly filled with more snacks than the whole neighborhood could eat in a week.
THIS is why I do real estate.
The transactions like this, that mean something.
Where I can change people's lives.
THAT is what I want to be a part of.
