I know I've been quiet on social media for the past while- a temporary "break" in November 2021 turned out to be harder to return from than I thought!😆- but one of my goals for 2023 is to spend more time checking in with my valued friends and clients on here. I'll start off by THANKING all of you for the continued support of this career I love! I've been doing this for over a decade and can't imagine a time where I did anything else.

I had the best time assisting Libby and Top with their home purchase this year- they were cool as cucumbers while waiting out a 10 day bid-upset period in order to secure their piece of paradise.
