Latest renovation project is in the books.

The real estate market underwent a bit of a shift from the start to completion of this renovation. Rising interest rates, local housing inventory and inflation are just a few factors impacting this ongoing market shift.

The latest renovation project welcomed new owners this week. It had good bones, but it needed some help to really make it shine. Take a wall down here, add a wall there, create an entirely new bathroom, 4 trips to Lowe's daily, and voilà!

So many of us are currently working from home, as well as spending more time than ever in the safety of our home. If you are anything like me, you are sure to recognize aspects of your home/property you want to improve, change or simply add character to.

What projects around the house are you taking on and are there any tips you would pass along regarding a good way to accomplish your task? Anything and everything you think improves or adds to your property.
