For those homeowners that have not had their roof completed:

The contractor will be on site this Monday and Tuesday to take measurements of the remaining roofs.

They will begin at around 8 am each day.

You do not have to be home and they will not need access to the backyard. They will access your roof from the front yard and should only be up there for a short time.

Unfortunately, we are going to have to turn the water back off tomorrow morning from 8am to 11am. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to repair the pipe as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Important Homeowner Notification: We will be turning off the water to the entire neighborhood on Friday July 18 from 10 am to 2 pm to repair a broken water line.

Thursday, March 27 th , from 5-7 pm in the Community Center.
We will set out hot baked potatoes and all the fixings: Chili Con Carne,
Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Butter, Scallions. And a green salad, too.
And, it’s FREE!

Reminder. Please do not park on the roadways today at all. We have snow removal equipment coming today and the road needs to be clear. If you need temporary off road parking you can use the parking area at the park, the office parking area (do not block the garage) or up by the quonset hut.
