Stopped by Hansen's Speakeasy Bar & Grill Mongolian Style today for lunch on their opening day, and I was seriously impressed.

Great atmosphere, excellent food, and a team that looked like they’d been doing this for years—not day one. If nobody had told me it was their first day open, I never would have known.

Huge credit to the owners and staff for bringing new life to a building that sat unused for some time. It’s always great seeing local investment and people willing to build something special here in Klamath Falls.

I’d encourage everyone to go check them out and support local.
