Well, this is a pretty fun way to introduce my newest listing.
Before I even had a chance to officially share it, 24305 N Highway 97 was submitted by a follower to For The Love Of Old Houses — and they featured it today.
Built in 1925 for the Wilfred Lamm family of Lamm Lumber Company, this home has been part of the Modoc Point landscape for more than a century. It sits on 37.21 acres overlooking Upper Klamath Lake and Mount McLoughlin, with an incredible amount of its original character and craftsmanship still intact.
A lot went into getting this property ready to share, and Nataliya Hamilton and I are excited to finally have it on the market.
Beautiful work by Kamrin Nielsen Photography bringing the property to life through the photography.
And thank you to the Klamath County Museum for helping preserve and share the history of the Lamm family and Modoc Point.
