Oh, how I love assisting my clients when they are building from the ground up! 💛 My client flew in yesterday to attend the design center to select everything going into her new home. 🙂 Yes, we had fun! FINALLY CLOSED‼️ 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 FYI: The Probate Process (Open And Close Estate) can take a long………………… time! Unfortunately, the seller passed away while the home was “UNDER CONTRACT”. 😢 When this happens Real Estate Brokers have to think quickly, how can we keep contract active until we can close it. 🙏🏾 🙏🏾🙏🏾 The buyer’s agent and I were able to work together with the buyer and the heirs to lease property to buyer until we were able to close the transaction. I am so happy we all worked together and waited patiently. Through this process I have learned so much (KNOWLEDGE IS POWER)! More importantly, the sellers now have closure. Thank you GOD for helping US ALL get through this! 🙌🏾🏠🙌🏾🏠🙌🏾🏠🙌🏾🏠
