Today, we gathered to honor the memory of our longtime team member and friend, Erik Lukacs, with the planting of a memorial tree in front of our clubhouse.

We were grateful to have Erik’s family join us for this special moment.

Erik made a lasting impact on our community and on the many people who had the opportunity to know and work alongside him. We hope this tree will serve as a lasting reminder of Erik and the many years he dedicated to Berkshire Park.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning to celebrate his life and memory. Erik will always be a part of the Berkshire Park community. ❤️

Please join us as we honor the memory of Erik Lukacs, a longtime and valued member of the Berkshire Park team, with the planting and dedication of a memorial tree.

The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Berkshire Park clubhouse. Erik’s wife, Coreen, selected this date and plans to join us for the dedication.

Many of our longtime residents will remember Erik and the kindness and personality he brought to Berkshire Park. One of his sayings perfectly captures the way he approached the people around him:

“Treat everyone like your favorite cousin.”

If you would like to share a few words or give a short speech about Erik during the dedication, please contact Chelsea at the leasing office by September 10.
