S- Be SPECIFIC in what you want to do!
M- How will you MEASURE or track your progress?
A- How will you ATTAIN your goals?
R- Are these goals RELEVANT to your life right now?
T- In what TIME frame do you want to reach these goals?

👉Another tip: When setting your goals, set little goals to get you to your big goals. Don't set your first goal for a year from now. You can have weekly goals that lead to monthly goals, to quarterly goals, to yearly goals. Reaching smaller goals on the way to your big goals helps you to not only track your progress but realize that you are making progress.

We are a family owned business and while our company is new, our experience is not. Our company offers a variety of services from renovation and light construction to real estate support, such as transaction coordinating and move in/out cleanings. We also offer consulting for clients who are looking to do a big remodel or maybe even build a house. Even if you are not using our company, we want to make sure you go into a project knowing what to expect and what to look for so that you are not taken advantage of.

We will sit down with you and give you pros/cons regarding your plans, discuss average costs for your plans, advise you on what to look for when hiring a contractor/company, and verify a companies accreditation with the BBB.
