Super excited to be doing a deal with another Wallace RE Agent, Mary Whitehead Parsons on this awesome West Knoxville Condo.

Joel and Aimee reached out to me over 2 years ago and we connected again probably 3 months ago once they were ready to pull the trigger.

I gotta give huge props to my client for standing firm even when I was afraid the strategy wouldn't work. At the end of the day we are under contract and as long as we are invested and working in good faith, they will be homeowners in less than 30 days.

Betty & Jerry are so sweet and I'm so glad to be able to serve them both during the process of buying and selling and to continue to help them as they run into obstacles as they settle into their retirement home.

They had such an easy process once we found the right condo that of course after closing several major components in the condo failed them. To add to the headache, the 3 year warranty that was purchased by the seller has been more than difficult about helping out. As Betty continues to push for some kind of reimbursement help from the warranty, we have done what we have to in order to fix the issues to make their quality of life as best as it can be.

Thanks for the kind words Betty and I'll always be here if you need anything no matter if you ever buy or sell again. I'm your realtor for life and I'm not going anywhere.

What a week and it's only starting really.

First, let me tell you about Thomas Jacobs who renovated his Watts Bar Lake side house from the studs out creating a modern atmosphere in a home that is more than 50 years old. Thomas was so easy going and honest and his heart is so big. Everything he did, every decision he made in the process of selling was made with others in mind. I even had to talk him down a few times to make sure he was not hurting himself. Good luck to you brother and I look forward to helping you find a new home.

Next we have Betty and Jerry who I helped buy their house two years ago. We met through a mutual friend and after a health scare Betty and Jerry decided they needed a condo with no stairs and wider halls than this house. We actually closed on their condo last week (I should've pictured it here) and we closed on the sale of their house today to a cash buyer, as is after receiving almost 10 offers after 2 days on the market. I look forward to staying in touch with this lovely couple to make sure retirement and their new condo is holding up to expectations.

Lastly, my friend and past coworker from my college and food service days in Pigeon Forge, Reed, reached out to me to help him sell his Jefferson City home (pictured at the bottom of the image. This is what I spent my weekend doing on top of celebrating my daughter's 9th birthday with family and friends.

Super stoked for my clients and glad I was able to deliver on the guarantees I made after entrusting me with their home's sale.

The owners of Brighton can focus on their new home's construction which will allow them to be closer to their grandchildren.

The repeat clients, friends, and owners of Luwana also used me to help them get a condo under contract that will make their new reality of life in a wheelchair easier.
