What is it with small businesses that don’t want to actually do work?!

I have a seller that needs to have window trim painted on their house. It is a small job I know, but I have called more than 20 places and nobody will do it. At least three times, maybe more, painters have actually driven out to the house to the size up the job. Two of them even told me they had exterior white paint on them, but they still wouldn’t do it as they said the job was too small!!

I so much rather support a small business, but the same people who boast all over their websites about their great customer service, provide zero customer service.
