🚨 "THE BEST WEEK TO SELL YOUR HOUSE" is about to pop up in your feed… and here’s why it makes my eyes roll. 🙄🏡

Realtor dot com just declared that "April 13-19 is the best week to list for sellers!" 📅✨

And every year, without fail, I see agents use this to convince sellers to list that exact week (with them, of course).

🔎 But here’s what they don’t tell you…

Yes, mid-April is **statistically** a favorable time to sell—thanks to nicer weather and more buyers out looking. 🌸☀️

BUT… is that because it’s truly the *best* time, or just because the media says so? 🤔📢

💡 My take? Spring IS a great time to sell, but the best time to list is always going to be when YOU’RE ready. Don’t rush to hit April 13 just because a headline told you to—especially when you might face even more competition by waiting until that exact week.

What do crop tops, skibidi lingo and ultra baggy jeans all have in common?

They're all trends I'm not following (again!) - or ones I'm thoroughly confused by. 😅

But, if there's one trend I can get on board with, it's the smaller house trend.

A lot of buyers are opting for smaller houses, and thanks to affordability and an increased desire to decrease stress and simplify, it's a trend I can see becoming more and more popular in 2025.
