Elvyn brings a strategist’s mind and a servant leader’s heart. With a background in enterprise procurement, complex negotiations, supply chains, and multi-million-dollar project rollouts, Elvyn understands process, contracts, and performance. Add in his ongoing MBA studies in Strategic Leadership and more than 26 years coaching youth soccer in East Tennessee, and you have an agent who knows how to lead, negotiate, and serve.
David brings something buyers and sellers immediately recognize as valuable: practical property knowledge. Licensed in real estate since 2005, David also spent 30 years as a local business owner in the contracting and construction trades. While he now serves strictly as a real estate professional, that background gives him a trained eye for condition, preparation, and value, especially in Knoxville, Farragut, West Knoxville, and surrounding areas.
