I have said it before, Real Estate is the business of people, and sometines there are many moving parts and people involved. Today was the culmination of that and it was a HUGE day for my clients! Robert and Emily trusted me to not only help them with the purchase of their dream home, but to also simultaneously sell their current home of which many cherished memories memories were made (hence the print Emily is holding that I gave them as part of their closing gift). With proper communication and planning today it all came to fruition! All sides came to the table and got it done, and now Robert and Emily can start their next chapter in their house that is almost 4x the size with so much more land. Congrats you two! 🎉

Last week I got my clients under contract for their dream home, but we had to successfully get their current home (pictured) under contract as soon as possible in order to fulfill their obligation with their new house.
