Just to let everyone know I am going to start making deliveries for people with my trailer. I can haul 7000 pounds at a time. Reasonable rates. If just bought some new furniture or appliances, need materials from Home Depot, need a vehicle hauled. Just let me know.

I want to talk to everybody about what I have been dealing with. Some of you may know, I have lost my my family over the past 3 years. My brother, while we weren't close he was still my brother. He passed in 2020. Mom passed in September 2021 and my dad passed October 2022. It has been a very rough time for me. What I want to tell everybody is what ever you do, if you have a house or property of some kind that you want to leave to your kids or whoever. Don't get a reverse mortgage. My parents had one with Longbridge Financial. These people would not talk to me much less work with me on getting my parents place refinanced. It seemed like they damn near started foreclosure process as soon as I sent in the death certificates. All I got out of them was I had to be the executor of the estate. Then when I got named executor. They told me for a month and a half it had to get put into their system. Then I couldn't get the servicing agent to call me back. Now they have foreclosed and sold my parents home. So I guess a fitting end to the past 3 years. All I can say is don't even think about a reverse mortgage and stay away from Longbridge Financial.
