Please take a moment to read this very important announcement:

Southland Residential Title is closely monitoring the rapid progression of COVID-19. The health of our employees, clients, families and friends is our top priority. As we continue to conduct business as normal until otherwise instructed by health officials, we ask that everyone entering our office adhere to the following:

• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to closing.

• Please do not come to closing if you are not feeling well or have had a fever in the last 24 hours. Closings can be rescheduled.

• Please wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.

• We strongly encourage only the necessary parties be present at closing.

• If you choose to bring your own pen, it must be blue ink.

• Please ask an employee for assistance if you need anything, such as a drink or snack.

We are taking every step necessary to maintain a healthy environment for all, including:

• Cleaning conference rooms and pens before and after each closing.

• Removing unnecessary items from conference rooms.

• Providing hand sanitizer.

• Limiting some areas of our office to employees only.

• All employees have been instructed to wash hands frequently and to stay home if they do not feel well or have had a fever in the last 24 hours.
