Story time for my sweet buyers from Massachusetts 📚

I first met Julie and Ryan last summer when they began their search 👀 for a piece of raw land. They were looking for enough space to build a home for themselves and two more for their parents, who would be moving down with them. I met them at a property, and we spent the day walking across acres of land, even coming across an abandoned house hidden in the woods. Julie and Ryan were total troopers, exploring every inch right beside me.

We looked at another property that day, but after talking it over, Ryan decided they wanted to keep searching and would reach out when they came back to town. Since they live in Massachusetts, I kept in touch with Ryan over the next year. When they finally had a trip planned back to Tennessee, I lined up several showings for them. We spent the day touring properties, and finally, we hit the jackpot 🤩 with our last showing. The property was just right for their family—beautiful and spacious, with everything they were looking for.

The seller even went out of his way to walk the property with us, sharing why he loved living there. Right away, I knew this was the perfect spot for Ryan and Julie. We put in an offer, and I was able to negotiate $21,000 off the asking price! 🥳

The journey to closing wasn’t without its challenges, but with everyone’s commitment and teamwork, we made it happen. Huge thanks to Knoxville Title Agency for navigating a last-minute lender change, Aaron Moore, the listing agent, for his excellent communication, and to the sellers, Dave and Judith, for being so wonderful to work with. A special shoutout to my transaction coordinator, Leslie Stiles, for keeping us on track with deadlines and paperwork.
